1.ans....  website or blog is a place or platform where you write post for anything which you want,you also create software and use din website for commericial purpose . you can create any types of website and you can public your website over world or not.
                  i think that website is made up of three things .

(1) Domain : Domain is the adress of your website for eg. www.example.com/in/org/co/co,in 
 like in my website my domain name is www.findingpedia.ooo if you  have a domain people or visitor can arrive your website . But keep in the mind domain is not free you can purchase it . you can purchase for life time or some years that you want.



(2.) Web hosting : web hosting is  a place or platform where you control your website . that means how look our website and add many things that you want. In this place you buy webhosting and you may create unique software and install in your website.you also install or add wordpress . you can also change or add your website theme which is very good .By the changing or add of theme you may like your website very beautiful or attractive which is very helpful for you to increase traffic in your website.

(3) Wordpress : wordpress is a tool or a software where you write  post for website .i say wordpress is the best because there are many tools available which you can used and customize your website. Two more important feature is that you can write tags (  Tags is  keywords where you write seven or ten words by seperating commas)  for your website. which is very helpful for ranking your post in web. You can also cxchange layout for your website in a easy way and easily customize your website . in wordpress a plugin tools is available. you can install wordpress in your webhosting  and a good news is that it is free .you don't pay money for buying.
