you know that in our life muscles is very important for us that means muscles can get a good persanality , and get strong endurance that we work for more times so i get top five foods that kept you growth your muscles very fast ..i talk about five muscles growth food ehich are cheap .






you know that for growing our muscles we needs lots of protein.
because protein is the good source to increse our muscles .

so lets starts....

 1. milk .




you right milk is very important for us because it is full of protein,it is also full of calcium


  •   it contain lots of vitamin like vitamin B2, vitamin A,E and K .
  •   it also contain like phosphorus,iodine,fats and magneuism 
which is very helpful for us .

2. potato.


yes guys potato is very useful for us in our dailylife we eat potato

it is better source of protein.it is very easily available on market.
the soyabean contain 20 gram of amino acids in one glass of soyabean.

it is very helpful for our immune system and protect from disease.

we should eat soyabean in our daily life .

5. Banana 


guys,banana is very popular fruits and it is good source of energy it helps for faster growth of muscles . it also helps to make strong immune systen.
my advise is that we should eat at least one banana everyday.
